Nevertheless, I presume current stage only registration for interest, we shall how the launch method in 1 - 2 months time..

Plus point is having some facilities, but seems like got a few weakness as well.

1.) Each block contains 300 units, but only have 3 lifts.

2.) One cover car park and one open space car park. Seems like no cover walkway connecting the covered park to the apartments, so may not convenient during raining.

3.) No green park / jogging track inside the fencing area, no rooftop garden, from the model no playground for kids as well.

4.) Security measures only have guard house and perimeter fencing, no 2 / 3 tier as those in service apt or condo..

Nevertheless, with this price tag, can't expect too much and overall it would be a very affordable and indeed a worth buy...  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

the second or third time i came to semenyih was to visit dato gong temple....that was after i planning to stay in sg long... so i always came to pusing pusing  and visit here visit there....after boring with sg long...i went further to semenyih.. and slowly i started to explore semenyih  thumbup.gif

even until now i'm still think semenyih is quite far and not 100% convinced...anyway, i will keep my eyes open up and watch the development here icon_rolleyes.gif

Yeah, seriously Semenyih is going to transform from a Si Monyet place to a vibrant town - just keep an eye on it even though you are not convinced at this moment. There is no reason for the developers (some more establshed ones) to come in if there is no such growth potential, right? wink.gif

I understand that the gov is receptive (hence not as restrictive as those days) to the idea of "affordable housing" which means not only the low cost apartments that cater to those low income group but also the medium cost apartments for those medium-income families which are equally suffered.

When i went to the event last weekend, they only inform the starting price from 230k for D'Cassia.

Grandlis was selling at RM773k. RM20k increase to RM793k for Floris after Grandlis was launched in few months (half year?). Seems not unreasonable hmm.gif

If I remember correctly, seeing in this thread earlier that Floris built up is ranging 2389sf (same as Grandlis) - 2563sf.

Could't agree more.
I observed the other thread (since closed already) how the discussions were taken place and how Samkor articulated his points. Well, at the beginning the discussions still healthy but later turned into kind of trolling with others started B/S and not arguing on facts.
