10 blocks of apartments shall be built in SEH....   

SPS already revealed 3 plots for the medium cost apartments, 2 blocks in plot - D'Cassia, D'Camelia, D'Cerrum....

total for the medium cost apartments shall be 1900 units already...   

It seems like SA are giving different information.  

Nevertheless, I presume current stage only registration for interest, we shall how the launch method in 1 - 2 months time..

Plus point is having some facilities, but seems like got a few weakness as well.

1.) Each block contains 300 units, but only have 3 lifts.

2.) One cover car park and one open space car park. Seems like no cover walkway connecting the covered park to the apartments, so may not convenient during raining.

3.) No green park / jogging track inside the fencing area, no rooftop garden, from the model no playground for kids as well.

4.) Security measures only have guard house and perimeter fencing, no 2 / 3 tier as those in service apt or condo..

Nevertheless, with this price tag, can't expect too much and overall it would be a very affordable and indeed a worth buy...

i checked back my photos, it was in 2009 when i went to semenyih for the first time in my life..

At that time,  i have no idea where is semenyih..all i know about semenyih is Broga Hill and we have few indon workers were staying in semenyih....so for me semenyih is a place for indon.lol

One day suddenly i wanted to climb the Broga Hill, so immidiately i went to search in internet and roughly study the route....i used the farest route actually...started from UPM all the way to kajang and sg long and semenyih....at that time, for me mohkota cheras is already consider far...so, obviously semenyih is super ulu....the moment i reached semenyih town, i came to the bus station center...all i saw here were broken shoplots and foreigners...i said to myself Ok this is for cowboys....

the second or third time i came to semenyih was to visit dato gong temple....that was after i planning to stay in sg long... so i always came to pusing pusing  and visit here visit there....after boring with sg long...i went further to semenyih.. and slowly i started to explore semenyih 

even until now i'm still think semenyih is quite far and not 100% convinced...anyway, i will keep my eyes open up and watch the development here

But Ascotte Boulevard is 20% higher price than EcoHill's MCA.
When i went to the event last weekend, they only inform the starting price from 230k for D'Cassia.

For those who are interested, there's an advert in the Sun today that listed a few of SP Setia's upcoming launches. For SEH, Floris is scheduled for launch next month. Min. price is RM793k (Intermediate).

By comparing Grandlis bu 2389 sf and Floris bu 2563 sf, $20k increase is quite worth it.

Although, still need to wait till the final sales package is confirmed to really know the actual net price of Floris.

But if you looked at those pics, not just luzento, even Aravia I kept looking at it, it seems tricky to part 2 side by side.
Might be due to illusion (hopefully so), but I am still unconvinced.

Let's not talk about parking 2 kancil side by side, I find that ridiculous because obviously Kancil is out of question.

If I get my way I would have driven the cars there now to test it myself
