Hahaha, chill bro... What you pay is what you get mah.. All the units in P3 at least started from 700k onward, including those launching 2 years ago... For sure they deserve something better...

That's multipurpose court is at the linear park, which is separating the 20 x 65 and 20 x 70 units..

As for the LCR, 3A is not double the current rate, but straight fully gives 4% for property above 300k? hmm.gif hmm.gif
