Grandlis is separated by a small lake, distant wise closest unit should be about 50 - 60 meter I suppose.
Most important, Grandlis is located at an elevated area at least 4 meter above the sewage treatment plant..

According to the SA, this STP is a modern enclosed type, should not have any smell issue..

Compare to Bartonia and Grandlis, Saraca advantage is its land size (22 x 75) and very close to the Weeping Meadow park.

Nevertheless, it terms of pricing per buildup, it is not comparable to Bartonia, which has higher buildup but lower pricing.

In terms of facilities, it is no where near to Grandlis which is located in P3, fully GnG equipped with access to the Oriental Garden... wub.gif wub.gif

If maintenance fee is a big concern for you, perhaps you should consider Bartonia as comparison, since Bartonia also an FnG.

I am still confuse on what is in each precinct....I mean what unit.. Like Monlis is in precinct 2 or 3?

Phase 1 presint 1: Pallida, Pilosa, Pistia, Angusta, Argentea, Aquatilis

Phase 2 presint 1: Samanea (although it is launch about the same time as phase 1), Saraca, Begonia, Bellucia, Bartonia

Presint 2: Arroyo Garden Bungalow lot

Presint 3: Tralas, Merrum, Lecus, Errana, Plavia, Luzento, Monlis, Arravia, Stagnia, Grandlis superlink..


Presint 2 and Presint 3 is separated by the public main road - Persiaran Ecohill Barat..

Yes..There will be a similar landscape roundabout in phase 2 as confirmed by Setia project engineer. Plus phase 2 will be consider fully parameter fenncing since no natural fencing in p2 area. Weeping Meadow will be inside the phase 2 area which you can bring ur family go there on morning & evening.

thank you for the feedback :-) . Actually the maintenance for Grandlis isn't so bad considering it is GnG. But ya come back to "perspective" la, for example my fiance just went "eh, no gate? abit weird la.." Some Malaysians maybe not so accustomed to this concept. In the future it will be more accepted I'm pretty sure.


Btw Bartonia still have units from developer? What are the current package like? Saraca only got 3% rebate (MOT and legal/SPA covered), with very very limited units left.

Yeah, as I mention previously, Grandlis still have side gate, just dun have main gate. It's a middle point from gate to gateless I presume. Of course, this will depend on personal preference.

Bartonia's package is similar to Saraca, 20 x 70, 2089 sqf buildup and starting from 638k (before discount). Still got more units to choose from if compare to Saraca..

Hi All, anyone of you got idea about the EcoHill Apartment project? My fresh graduated cousin are looking for the cheaper property in this area. Heard that Sp setia going to launch the 18 floor apartment project soon and not sure it's worth to buy? Appreciate if anyone can give your advice. thank you!
