i have problem with my streamyx modem
my win 10 keeps on limiting itself.

but when i went to my friend's place and use his unifi, this problem never occurred over there.

is it because of my slow streamyx or do i have to upgrade the firmware of the modem?

or is it windows 10 just suck because it is buggy as hell..
limiting means that yellow ! on wifi icon.
I have to re enable it to get internet connection.

I have the same problem too. keep limiting my wifi access eventually my chrome browser also freeze that i need to restart my computer many times

I have this annoying issue also, same streamyx.
Need to keep troubleshoot connection and reset wifi adapter until it works

same with me, i dont know the solution yet, maybe the drivers

Try changing your wifi channel

Channel interference doesn't cause yellow ! on the wifi icon.

do u guys use streamyx or unifi?
I noticed when i used my friend 10mbps unifi or hotel unifi, this problem never occur.

my streamyx is 4mbps
plus, rural area.. so a bit slower

Previously, i had the similar issue on win8.1, i jz turn off my bluetooth on my laptop and everything seems fine after that.. Wondering you're using laptop with bluetooth enabled? If yes, you might want to try this weird method..

Hey i had similar problem too! However before I even try to reset winsock entries and TCP/IP stack, I did some troubleshooting and windows helped fixed one hurdle (I have no idea what problem is fixed that time) on my network adapter, then i did a full shutdown and, somehow, it fixed the problem.

(full shutdown: Windows key + X, command prompt (admin), type: shutdown /s /f /t 0)

These are driver issues. Most common for those who owns Atheros wifi card. There is no official driver for Windows 10 yet on atheros website.

I installed the Driver Booster 2 to get the latest driver, and it seems fine for now.

Im having the same problem. But like someone posted, only with streamyx. Works fine with UniFi. Let me know if someone know how to fix this
