Costs should be around 1.5k to 2.5k if you get a lawyer to do it. Depending on complexity. For e.g. whether title registered under your name, or still in developer's name and whether there is a charge etc. Process for wilayah (kl) land office can take quite long. After submission of application together with relevant documents such as police report, statutory declaration etc, they will call for inquiry. Thereafter wait for gazette and processing by land office. Can't give exact time frame as how soon it can be processed depends on how efficient the land office or the officer in charge is.

i settled it myself.

total cost for kl land office is only RM180...
