Hi hotlink can you help me reactivate my number? Its is 0128029127.i however can't go to any nearby maxis shop to reactivate it on my own cuz I'm restricted at home by my strict parents. Hope you reactivate it as soon as possible becuz my parents won't let me use the WiFi anymore cuz I'm just a student so please grant me this help.

My hotlink currently got terminated due to inactivity.
I am stranded in overseas and not able to travel back due to the COVID-19 situation, did not get notification on the end of grace period and barely missed the top-up date by only couple days.
When I purchased the SIM and shop, the seller maintained to me that the grace period is 60 days (which now is still within the 60 days) but it is not true.
I need to get the number re-activated under hotlink as God knows how long I will not be able to travel back to Malaysia.
Seeking your generous assistance.
