i am facing the same issue that my msia number only show for emergency calls only and i am at overseas now. i called to customer service and they told me to restart the phone and re-insert sim card but is not working still. please advise as i still need my number to all my banking activities.

for post paid card i believe you still have a month before they recycle the number. i'm not so sure if your card is prepaid.just go to service counter and ask them to re register the number.
