My SIM card seems to have been deactivated. I am still able to receive SMSes off my SIM card but cannot top up and cannot call out or receive calls.

Hi koeb36,

When in deactivate period, you can only receive incoming call and SMS. To be able to make call and SMS, please perform a top up. To avoid service cancellation, please top up before the end of the deactivate/expired period.
For number reactivation, availability & checking, please do proceed to the nearest Maxis Centers for further assistance.

Thanks for quick reply. I cannot receive incoming calls but can only receive SMSes. I tried to top up via MaxisPay but when I keyed in my number, I received the message "Invalid number provided. Please enter a valid Hotlink number.". I also tried to top up via my bank account but I received a message "Prepaid reload to 0127782687 is unsuccessful. RM10.00 be refunded to your account the next working day..."

What can I do?
