Hi ..
I am also buyer of one of the unit. Waiting too long and developer never bother to update. Wonder they will even pay the long waiting fee ? does any one get LAD compensation fee? according to my SNP, i will get LAD after June 2020. but so far no one contact from developer. only receive whatsapp from agent to ask whether wanna rent out my unit?
is there any owner group? can add me in? |

i call to the S&P lawyer Ong & Partner, intention to seek legal advice.
and their answer is thye couldn't provide any legal advice... so, they just received our money, prepare the document, and chop. after chop & stamp, job done. developer matter is not related to them.. purchaser seek legal advice from them also not related to them.. |
