Read from facebook, there is house break in Bukit Sg Long 1, the robber came from Silk Highway. Even with high fence and tight security also unable to guarantee safety

May be the guards on duty sleeping, I remember previously Palm Walk also hire security company that take care of Bukit Sg Long but stop less than 3 months because the guard on duty sleep and caught few times by residents and committee, not sure same security company or not.

With the opening of IOI City Mall, Kajang & Semenyih folks may skip Aeon Cheras Selatan causing lesser crowd I suppose.

AEON might go into Nilai too....

Btw, I recall a funny thing about the word 'confirmed'...There is a new restaurant that's going to open soon in BMC. The name of the restaurant is 'No. 1 Best Food Confirmed Restaurant'...or something like that. 

The old Sg. Longrians are very happy this week, because life have returned to normalcy since TAR is off to holidays.  When it is not on holiday, life is hell; traffic, noise pollution (especially midnight), property destruction, strewn rubbish, parking woes, strangers walk.

A temporary relief and but rest assured, the pain and gain of Sg. Long must be borne equally by all.  Works in progress.

That one not coconut tress but palm tress, Lagerstroemia Floribunda will look great if no illegal banner hanged on it, otherwise these trees won't last long.

SILK Holdings Bhd said on Monday, its Sistem Lingkaran-Lebuhraya Kajang Sdn Bhd would raise the toll for cars to RM1.80.

For vehicles with two axles and five or six wheels (except for buses), the new rate is RM3.60.

“The implementation of the new toll rate structure,is expected to contribute positively to the revenue from toll collection for SILK Highway, although this is expected to be off-set by a reduction in revenue from toll compensation payable to SILK Highway.

“All in all, the implementation of the new toll rate structure is expected to have a positive impact on group revenue in the medium to longer term,” said SILK Holdings.
