Totally wiped my team out every round. I seriously need to practise my shotgun usage. Maybe goto insane mode and use shotgun only.

You can always host a game and invite everyone. Just invite whoever is online and not playing MP game.

we are playing MP game everynight, almost.

game starts around 8pm to 9pm then till 12am to 1am.

one of the most played MP game for me so far after CH,GRAW and PGR3

Gears of War really that good?

I mean i saw those reviews and such but then I am not really impressed with the multiplayer actions of that game. There is such comments as certain features or improvements could be made to the multiplayer of it. Some even said that the multiplayer of GoW was a failure....

Btw, i am stunned by the graphics of GoW & a fantastic storyline with fearsome monsters to defeat but then isnt it particularly wrong that the multiplayer lacks such basic features like ability to change settings when in the lobby?!

yes, one of the best games i've ever played

Come to the dark side..... play Rainbow Six : Vegas, Sin City needs u.

GOW 'fails' in multiplayer because
- No objective based game modes
- Unable to tweak match options AFTER you've started hosting
- Only 4 ppl per side... granted based on the maps they've designed it's actually quite a good number.

Other than that it's quite frantic during multiplayer ie.
- Have to constantly watch for the bloody nade tagger.
- Have to be VERY careful when reloading in front of enemy.. do I active reload? What if I fail, he'll hear me failing, but if I do perfect reload I can winin a firefight, or should I just let it reloda normally?

It's good fun.

Its the best tactical 3rd person shooter rite now, with superb graphics and gameplay.

Unable to change settings is just a minor nuisance. The multiplayer just like other FPS shooters with team vs team mode. The difference is that its 3rd person and able take cover which FPS game do not have. Its a more relistic combat experince then a FPS IMO. So far I find it very fun and especially playing against friends here in lowyat.

EDIT: Sorry MK84, I didn't accept your invite for R6V. Was trying get revenge for all the beatings from alkt, jaylike7 and ghostdevice. But I failed miserably, got more beatings instead.

Yesterday I was taught a lesson, a lesson that I sucked in GoW

I have never played so bad in my entire GoW life before man...

Missing close range, changing wrong guns, nadetagging with a smoke bomb!, chainsaw tak jalan, 2 on 1 still rush...sigh..

OT: Sorry MK dint accept ur invite, truth is i dont even have R6 MP demo

gow should have a minimap so we can c where are our teammates.. it's so hard 2 backup a team when he ask for. unless i'm blind and there's an option 2 do so?

and another thing is the weapons. they should make it more visible so i can easily c them from far coz they kinda blend with the map.

other than that, it's 1 of the best online brawl today coz it makes sprayer useless thx 2 d u-can-shoot-me-but-i-will-heal-back-sucka mechanism

i don't agree to that.. u can't auto heal and pump back ur blood in real life..
if u compare to a fps game, i would say cs is more realistic..

I prefer no minimap ... without the minimap is more fun and challenging.

tHomassUx, nick, chinsc & IMnotSIEBEL was totally pwned and owned by Syujisy, Jaylike7, quakerMY & ghostdevice last night. It wasnt a war, it was a massacre. Now we shall rebrand the 4 of them LYN's most PRO-est team

So for all those who are find GoW is too easy for them and looking for a challenge, this 4 will be the level above insane you will find in GoW.
