My house has been using Maxis Fibre 10Mbps for few years without any problem, however recently I got this issue which I can't call out or receive call with the phone provided by Maxis.

After I call to the customer service, the CS ask me to change the line to another port. I have followed the instructions and it was working but after few hours I will have the same issue again. Then I will need to change the line back to the previous port then only it working again.

Please do not tell me that whenever I want to make a call or when someone else call to my mobile to tell me "Hey i tried to call your home but cannot go through" then I will have to go change the line again.

Any one has the same issue? What is the solution may I ask?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you in advanced~!!

Yup. When I call in I just don't get any tone. My workaround is to say sod it and leave a mobile at home for the 2 maids.

The thing is, it's intermittent and by the time I want to call and complain, I can't remember when it happened. So I never bothered. Most times I can call out and that's what I want.

I came across this post while Google online on the same problem. I have called Maxis and the CS has guided me to delete and setup telephone number under Telephony. But the problem still persist. The "Status"is green, but "Registered"is marked with red cross. The CS told me he's getting the fibre team to contact me.

This has just happened out of sudden.
