just as i thought; the technician won't be able to solve the issue. because the nature of this issue seems to be widespread, meaning everyone should be affected. so the source of the problem shouldn't come from the user's side (house) but from TM's side. TM should troubleshoot on their side. and with only a particular situation is affected (app store) i highly doubt changing the cable or router would fix it.
agreed lol, why TM send technician when they receive so many similar cases reported...
