Can't update/download apps via Unifi WIFI, Stuck at 'Waiting' or extremely slow

Device: iphone 6
Ios: 8.4 Isp: unifi20 Update apps: peatix (20mb) Result: Using unifi: no progress when update apps, running 0.001% per minute Using digi lte: 5 sec done Now i have 11 apps need to update. Good luck to me  |
