Can't update/download apps via Unifi WIFI, Stuck at 'Waiting' or extremely slow

Anyone that's not having Unifi also facing this problem?
Edit: after reading this thread it seems it's not only Unifi users having this problem? Could it be an nation-wide issue?

Celcom previously seems to be closely linked to this issue as well, but can't confirm for now since no Celcom users complained yet. no problems with Maxis Fibre and DiGi LTE; it downloaded really quick. we might have to add calling their centre simultaneously while spamming their Twitter, though i still don't have high hopes for that outcome.. Yeah all of the troubleshoot steps are also not working for me. Hopefully TM stops slacking and fixes the problem soon.
