Can't update/download apps via Unifi WIFI, Stuck at 'Waiting' or extremely slow

Facing the same issue here intermittently since 2 weeks ago Using Iphone 5 (IOS 7) on Unifi30 and I literally cannot update any of my apps through wifi because it's super slow. Similarly, the way I can get a quick update done is through 3G/LTE I suspect the problem is coming from TM's side because I am still getting full speed using speedtest app and having no issues loading 1080p video on my phone or loading high bandwidth web pages

Update (17/8/15)
Looks like I'm getting my usual speed back for itunes apps download, managed to update all 10 of my apps just now (+/- 700mb) in less than 2 mins
