Next time, be a bit more choosy, park beside a pillar, you have 50% less chances of getting this shit. Btw you park really close to a pillar, the car next to you is likely very far from you.

even with your photo of his car parked next to you, u cannot proof anything lah…. he can argue he has exit the parking lot n some other people scratch your car lor.
even with CCTV recorded he was the only car next to your car the whole time, unless you have the perfect angle from CCTV showing him scratch your car, you have no case lah…..he can argue the scratch was there all along n you try to frame him.

forget bout it n just try to DIY polish off the scratch if possible.
