even with CCTV recorded he was the only car next to your car the whole time, unless you have the perfect angle from CCTV showing him scratch your car, you have no case lah…..he can argue the scratch was there all along n you try to frame him.

forget bout it n just try to DIY polish off the scratch if possible.
