but assuming u have the # plate, mostly they will ask the owner come police stattion take statement..so long the owner says dunno or didnt scratch..then nothing gonna happen since no proof.

Well he's the one parking macam setan and presumably gemok cam babi, so my proper parking make him cannot enter car easily liao, so sure will revenge by kicking or scratching
