Hi guys, where do you buy your protein from?
I just compare price from different place for same product, it seems the one sold in Gym Centre is cheaper compare to in lelong or ebay, how come since i thought online shop should be cheaper? and seems if buy bigger volume like the 10lbs one will be really cheap
And what brand protein of protein you take and buy from where, please share to me newbie here.

Your thread should be asking what brand of protein you should gt instead of where to buy protein. You can buy protein from anywhere. Chicken, eggs, meats and milk lol

You boil for what go saute, or make fried chicken, or curry sambal chicken, fried eggs, sambal eggs, stir fry eggs with veg. Got 999 diff ways to cook stuff.

Every now and then eat some Mcdonal burgers/Subway sandwiches. Once a week eat a whole big 1500 calories pizza or do some super mega binge.

That's how u stay lean year round.

You don't have to boil ur chicken everytime just bcs u want to eat "clean" You can grilled ur chicken and put any spices in order to make them taste good.
