First, ethanol storage caught fire, the explosion from ethanol tank caused the chemical plant to catch fire, then chain explosion happened. And the railway is destroyed they cant order train to take those hurt people to further hospital, and neary hospital is full and rejecting patients. News order those got car and can help, can go take those people to hospital further out
Oh yeah and tey tell people to wear mask, close windows because poisonous gas might be spreading
