Sim kad saya hilang dan deactive sebab tamat dh tempoh.boleh tak saya nak aktifkan semula tanpa sim?terima kasih

I just topped RM30 but, the next day when i wanted to check the balance it turned up 'The service is not available before registration.' My number is 012-xxx x660
