If you are referring to our latest Hotlink Fast Prepaid plan, the grace period before number expired is 50 days from the deactivate date.

For example, if you top up RM10 as at 1 Dec 2016, your number will be active for 10 days until 11 Dec 2016. If there is no any top up for 50 days starting from 11 Dec 2016, the number will be auto expired & terminated.
