Why do you want to be sterilized permanently?
If you want your wife to be unable to get pregnant, get her hormonal implant.

She will not be able to get pregnant for 3 YEARS per implant.

It is not available in Govt Clinic/Hospital. You will have to get your wife implanted with it in private hospital.

It does. You can try inquiring private hospitals for it.
You wont have to become permanently sterile with implanon available.
