just when you thought thing wouldn't get worse, Roma happened again.
We can't even score and beat Spezia, a Serie B team that is fighting relegation, at home... What excuse Rudi has now ? This is totally unacceptable. I seriously don't know how the board still can tolerate this shit.
Not so fond of Perotti, he sounds like just another Falque to me. SES on the other hand is an exciting but risky option - dude had been constantly injured for past 2-3 years, but the talents are surely there. Actually if we are OK with SES, then why not Pato ? At least Pato is fit and running now.
by the way Iturbe had already joined Bournemouth on loan in case you guys missed this news.
finally its official... Welcome back ! Please bring back the magic into La Magica once again !
as for Rudi, I still think he's a good manager, its just too bad things couldn't work out - its never easy to be the manager of Roma, but he did gave us some good memories. Wish him all the best.

Gervinho is reportedly gonna join some China team, and the transfer fee is... what ? 15mil ?! Gosh I'll help pack his bag lol
actually, I like Gervinho, dude is frustrating as f*** when things don't go his way, but when it does, he's a joy to watch when he's dicking around defenders with ball at his feet lol. But once Rudi is gone I guess his time is up too, and the 15mil offer sure is hard to resist. I'll miss him when its officially done.
and then...
El Shaarawy had landed in Rome and gonna do his medical. We probably will sign him on loan with option to buy. If we got him like 3 years ago I'll be thrilled and excited, but dude had been constantly injured for past few years had literally done NOTHING. The talents are there though, so lets hope that he somehow able to reignite and revive his career with us.
El Shaarawy in, Gervinho out... let's hope this turn out good for us.
and by the way... surprise ! we got a new defender in lol
that's Ervin Zukanovic, 28-years-old Bosnian fullback / centerback from Sampdoria. Didn't quite watched much of him, but he was pretty good in 2014/15 playing for Chievo.
So I think the deal is done. BTW, Radja goal is more superb . That Spalleti face when he scored is priceless.
yup he's here finally.
apparently the deadline is today (1st Feb) actually, instead of yesterday. There's reports that said we gonna bring in Santon as well. Let's see will there be any surprise by end of the day lol.
1st away win and clean sheet for quite some times lol
we played very well in the 1st half, should had scored more, then the 2nd half was just plain awful. We got lucky there that Berradi missed the penalty.
anyway this win should give us some nice morale and confidence boost.
good win for us - we didn't had such a commanding win since a very long time as I remember. Granted that Palermo was damn awful but the team still deserve the credits.
The talking point of this game is surely gonna be the unbelievable miss by Dzeko - dude failed to put the ball into an empty net from just steps away, WTF ?! you can imagine the shit storm had he did not scored just moment later to make it up of that. Anyway he actually played pretty well there, 2 goals and a nice flick assist for Salah's goal. Let's hope the confident and self-believe are back now.
by the way its not all smiles in the club despite the win - in case you haven't notice, Totti is sort of 'frozen out' from the squad at the moment. No need for me to tell what happened as its all over the news. As much as I love il Capitano - he's definitely my favorite player of all time - but its hard to side with him in this case. Spalletti as the manager should have the full and total controls over the team and Totti should not went to the media at all. Just as things start to going well, we really need all parties to calm the f*** down and talk it over.
As you may know, the reason Totti done that, because Spaletti wont event want to talk to him. As a coach, that is f**ked up. Especially to someone who had give so much to the club. And Totti don't want to end up like Del Piero and Maldini. Showed the back door after years of serving for the club their loved. If I'm not mistaken, Maldini last game with Milan, people start booing him.
We condemned Milan and Juve to this but now I'm starting to think we will become like them.
thats a 1 side story of this and even if its true, I maintain my stand that no matter what he should not went to the media at all, as that only gonna generate rifts among people in the club and put the team into spotlights for wrong reason. That being said, Spal and the management need to get their shits together as well to resolve this.
we'll see how things develop and as for now, let's just enjoy the win.
maybe Roma can try to offer totti a sporting director roles or club ambassador next season
I'm pretty sure and believe there's already agreement for him to take up those roles once he really call it a day, anyway its appear that he still wanna go on for at least another year, and the club is yet to offer him the extension. Lets hope they will get things sort out ASAP.
The trident of SES + Perotti + Salah is really working well, and Pjanic seems to hit form as well, it really make me wonder what could it be if we got back Spalletti much earlier...
a terrible time to leave your shooting boots at home... its actually quite astonishing that we didn't scored any goals just base on the chances we created.
Spalletti is damn right during the post game presser : "we are mentally weak". Now we should just give him the FULL CONTROL over the team and dressing room, and fix the players up.
