1st away win and clean sheet for quite some times lol biggrin.gif

we played very well in the 1st half, should had scored more, then the 2nd half was just plain awful. We got lucky there that Berradi missed the penalty.

anyway this win should give us some nice morale and confidence boost.

Moment of the night : Totti messing with Pjanic lol biggrin.gif

the result is surely a confirmation that there's no need to dream about advancing anymore.

despite the defeat, the team actually played quite well against a top team - something that we unable to do since a looooooooooong time lol biggrin.gif

if the penalty for the foul on Florenzi was given, it could be a very different game indeed, but guess we just luck out there.

anyway the signs are good, lets focus on the league now... Forza Roma !

good win for us - we didn't had such a commanding win since a very long time as I remember. Granted that Palermo was damn awful but the team still deserve the credits.

Highlights

The talking point of this game is surely gonna be the unbelievable miss by Dzeko - dude failed to put the ball into an empty net from just steps away, WTF ?! you can imagine the shit storm had he did not scored just moment later to make it up of that. Anyway he actually played pretty well there, 2 goals and a nice flick assist for Salah's goal. Let's hope the confident and self-believe are back now.

by the way its not all smiles in the club despite the win - in case you haven't notice, Totti is sort of 'frozen out' from the squad at the moment. No need for me to tell what happened as its all over the news. As much as I love il Capitano - he's definitely my favorite player of all time - but its hard to side with him in this case. Spalletti as the manager should have the full and total controls over the team and Totti should not went to the media at all. Just as things start to going well, we really need all parties to calm the f*** down and talk it over.

As you may know, the reason Totti done that, because Spaletti wont event want to talk to him. As a coach, that is f**ked up. Especially to someone who had give so much to the club. And Totti don't want to end up like Del Piero and Maldini. Showed the back door after years of serving for the club their loved. If I'm not mistaken, Maldini last game with Milan, people start booing him. sad.gif

We condemned Milan and Juve to this but now I'm starting to think we will become like them. hmm.gif

thats a 1 side story of this and even if its true, I maintain my stand that no matter what he should not went to the media at all, as that only gonna generate rifts among people in the club and put the team into spotlights for wrong reason. That being said, Spal and the management need to get their shits together as well to resolve this.

we'll see how things develop and as for now, let's just enjoy the win.

I'm pretty sure and believe there's already agreement for him to take up those roles once he really call it a day, anyway its appear that he still wanna go on for at least another year, and the club is yet to offer him the extension. Lets hope they will get things sort out ASAP.

fantastic win there to add weights to our claim on the CL spots, this is easily 1 of our best performances of the season.

Highlights

The trident of SES + Perotti + Salah is really working well, and Pjanic seems to hit form as well, it really make me wonder what could it be if we got back Spalletti much earlier... hmm.gif

a terrible time to leave your shooting boots at home... its actually quite astonishing that we didn't scored any goals just base on the chances we created.

Spalletti is damn right during the post game presser : "we are mentally weak". Now we should just give him the FULL CONTROL over the team and dressing room, and fix the players up.

We win against Lazio, but I didn't feel anything, no excitement, no joy. Seeing Totti and De Rossi sit on the bench make me sick. I always though Roma will be different club; which they will treat their lagend and their player likes a family. But this is pure bullshit. Sorry guys, I'm stop being a ROMA fan. bye.gif

typical Roma meltdown - we can't defend leads even if our lives are on the line. And I'm soooooooo done with Dzeko, dude just keep missing chances after chances EVERY SINGLE GAME that its not even funny anymore.

We should stop thinking about catching Napoli, now that Inter is just 4 points behind. Suddenly the CL spot doesn't look that safe in the bag anymore.

I feel sorry for you.

Totti is my favorite player as well, but whether we like it or not, he'll be gone sooner or later, whereas Roma will still there.
