Maxis, pls help

Does anyone get back their money? I called maxis service center but was not helpful. They had cancelled the subscription but will not refund the money. I would recommend anyone involved to make complaint to CFM if maxis unable to rectify ur problem

Update : received a call from maxis today & reimbursement was made after I lodged complaint to MCMC..know ur rights

Yes, Maxshit is shitty! I called their CS and she insisted that I was at fault for clicking a link & subscribed myself to this scam SMS. I put on call recording and asked her to repeat this and I wiill lodged a complaint too. As you can see this thread started from 2015 and Maxshit is the only telco with this issue. If I get another SMS will port out.

Shame on you Maxis.

Why can't Maxis stop all these charging until they get approval from their users to be charged if they want to use the content. Just like how credit cards companies are doing. Wouldn't it be easier for everybody. BUT if they do this, they will loose REVENUE. Simple as A B C. That's why they are hand and glove with the content providers (see attachment - their logo) to rip of their users. They are helping scammer to steal from those who doesn't check their bills.

Why do we have to reply to the SMS to unsubscribe when we did not subscribe in the first place.

Hello. What is this and why it kept charging me??? I just top up my credit but now I barely have RM1. What the fuck. I never clicked any stupid links, never filled any forms and certainly never subscribe to any shits. I'm so pissed now, I'm already struggling enough with my finance and now I have this darnness deducting my Hotlink balance. Hoping for your kind assistance. Urgently.

Hi Maxis, my sis and I have been charged by these random sms since July. Please do something with it! It's annoying and even went up to RM94! We tried to blocked the numbers and still not helpful!
