Hihi. Long time never post in this thread liaw. I see it growing actively. Good job! I am not sure whether i am revealing but for The card to be on top of the deck, you can actually use a couple of new passes in Ninja 2 if you have the video. You can also use the classic pass. You need to be quick in this pass. For me, i will perform the classic pass when i use some misdirections by talking to them or maybe tell them a story and make their observation OFF the cards and your hands. If they still observe at your hands, tell you what, you bring up the cards and pretend to stretch your hands in a very fast motion. While doing that, perform your classic pass. If you do it in a very smooth and coorect timing, the pass will look invisible. Trust me, I perform this tons of times. Anyway, please dun flame as this is just one of the method. Hope this helps

Lol the effect for card to ceiling is cool but if you know how to perform its wuite lame. Furthermore, i prefer using normal transparent sticky tape than magician wax. Cause sticky tape more reliable. :chhers:

Experience, not all new sleights in Ninja 2. Just a couple of new passes that you cant get on Ninja 1. Those passes are really "invisible" if performed on the correct timing and angle. The classic pass is very easy to do as well. All you have to do is just bring up the cards and remember to keep a "break" there. Use your whole finger and chunk it inside. They wont be able to see it if done correctly. Try to be loose. Thats the key. Then just perform the pass. They wont be able to see IF they never see your break and your pass. Use your right palm to cover it if you are a right handed guy. Practice is also a key. Try to practice with bicycle cards and not normal ones. Its much easier to do with other cards if you do it using normal cards because bikes have air cushion which enables you to perform passes smoother. Hope this helps.

wan nice decks to perform pass?
ghost...u can feel the cards are soft n perfectly cut,i meant the edges... normal bike's edge is kinda rough as when u're practicing might hurt ur pinky.. my ambitious card routine is very short...coz i dun hav a fix sequence... depends on mood...seldom perform these tricks adi...concentrates on fluorishes...which requires alot alot alot of practice! ninja 1 & 2..u'll notice brad's make up....... |

Hi guys..
Guess I'm a newcomer to this stuff.. ^^ I am heavily influenced by my Singaporean godbro who showed me some tricks on my trip over there a few days ago.. He could do alot of cool tricks and figure out most tricks too.. really cool ^^ Thought me some stuff but since I'm still new, it's hard to understand.. haha... I haven't even got my own deck yet! He's using a Black Tiger deck or something (That's the name of the picture file shown earlier in this topic - his deck looks like that).. and he said he's gonna buy me one and send me too.. it's only around SGD12 or so according to him.. hehe.. Hopefully I'll pick this up soon enough! |
