If u only stay in KL, go for it. If not, then its not recommended.

I went to Penang, 3g line got full bar but Internet was slow like snail.

4G coverage in KL is expanding fast actually. I found it in Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Cheras and Mutiara Damansara among others.

I ported over from Maxis to UMobile last month. Overall very satisfy with its performance in KL and BW. If in big cities, should be very good only along highway data is slow.

Note that U Mobile has a one-off Advance Access Fee equivalent to the amount of the package u subscribed (if P50=RM50), when you port over.

im using Maxis One but so expensive rm128, 2GB only but unlimited calls everywhere. But nowadays with whatsapp and all...so rarely talk over phone right? So i think i'm paying too much for Maxis lah tongue.gif

I find that Maxis 4G LTE is quite ok...but very interested to change to U Mobile. Reading here, U Mobile LTE is getting better but is the LTE be at least on par with Maxis?

Appreciate some / more thoughts on this.

thx

Also another query for U Mobile postpaid on roaming - if we already have a line, do we need to pay some deposit to get the roaming service?

And how good is it? Hopefully it covers SEA, say Thailand, SG, Indo?

thx
