A question. I am a clear user for some time. One day i received email from citibank saying they are pleased to offer me a pre qualified cash back cc. So i just applied and today received sms saying it has been approved. So the new card is it start a new CL or will it combine with my clear card?

Anyone has tried temporary increase credit limit using the app or by phone call? Is it immediately increase or need to wait for approval?
