I applied the premier card. The CS seemed surprised why premier cards sent via normal mail but stopped short of saying more.

Anyway, from the reason they gave about security, it looks more like cost cutting to me to send via snail mail vs courier.
There is an option to speak with the customer service at the end of the voice message. I did that after finding out my cc application is still under process after 2 weeks. I also contacted the agent/staff who submitted my application. Compared to other bank cc which I applied, the application process was slow for my case.

Usually how long it will take to know the application result?

so confusing. there are totally of 3 campaign TNC.

RM1500 = RM 3 cb (0.2%)

Reward card
RM1500 = 16,500 point
            = 1,100 Bigpoint = RM11
            = RM20.625 (Pay merchant with point RM1 = 800 Points) = 1.375% CB for futher transaction 10x extra point

i got 2 citi card, but i do only received one email for my citi Simplicity+ only, but no received for my citi Clear card.
