Is there no other way to waive Annual Fee (RM600+RM36) this year? I'm using Citibank Platinum. Usage approx. 25k-40k per year. Yet they said they only can waive half of it.

Anyone having issue getting One Time Pin? After change new Rewards Visa Platinum Card, I unable to get One Time Pin at all.
Called Citiphone 4-5 times to rectify the issue, yet Citibank still unable resolve my issue. Apart from that, I got only 50% waive of annual fee. Going to terminate this card once installment plan finish March 2017. |
