I just received my Citi Cash back card, and there is a brochure about the new PIN & PAY credit card. It stated that effective Jan 01, 2017, all credit card payments at point of sale terminals in Malaysia must be authorized with a 6 digit PIN as signature will no longer be accepted.

What you need to do is follow the procedures stated in the brochure to create your own 6 digit PIN.

I got the same SMS too!, either this car DVR or call them within 7 days to exchange to 3600 premiermiles

received the car DVR just now through Citylink. Did a quick check - video quality is so so only but acceptable base on the retail price from Taobao (< RMB100 with 8GB microSD card).

Just had a chance to test the video quality at night - it was very poor - lots of noises and can't read the alphabet / numbers on the car registration plate - unless you are very close to the car in front of you and both cars are stationary.

another observation - when it is powered-on, it is quite noisy (not that you can hear it a few feet away, but all the noises will be recorded) - sounds like fan or motor are running.

I won't buy this product if I need to pay for it!

This promotion started on Jan 01, 2016 till end of the year, if you add up all the TPT (approval, 60 days to meet min spending amount, free gift delivery TPT and etc), now is about the time for people to receive the free gift.
