You can call again to ask for rebate too for your supp cards which is what I did recently

not sure whether I went coffee bean for buy one free one everyday in these few months, so they not willing to waive my AF and SST.
one call - AF waiver and SST waiver rejected, straight told me that after he checked system, msg from retention unit "No Waiver for both AF and SST, if customer want cancel just proceed" - really such msg in their system ?
one call - AF waived, SST waiver need to wait until charge to card and call again
one call - same answer to SST waiver, wait until charge to card
live chat - SST waiver rejected (amount not yet charge to card)
one call - SST waiver for either one of the card, I selected one card (amount not yet charge to card)
now left the another card for SST loyalty cashback (amount not yet charge to card).
