My Citibank records suddenly disappeared from e-CCRIS. Wonder is that because of the recent UOB-Citibank in the progress?
Anyone holding Citibank have access to e-CCRIS can have a look whether same issue. |

Basically, for e-CCRIS (My own case for reference)
Lender change from Citibank to UOBM Instalment in Arrears for Last 12 Months start from Nov 2022, previous month records gone Application for Credit in past 12 Month gone. |

Anyone try the “Lock Card” at tge Citi App?
Does it work like Freeze and Unfreeze? Or once you lock have to replace the card? I saw Citi has a lot of fraud case. Wonder can I just lock and unlock when need to use the card to avoid any fraud. |
