13 weeks.. hopefully I am getting mine soon, this week is already 12 weeks

i havent received mine as well (already more than 12 weeks), CS told me that there's delay from the vendor in providing the voucher. Guess will have to complain again to their higher management.

I have raise a new report with them again, if still no sounds of my voucher then i will proceed to lodge a report to Bank Negara, seems like they dont take the customer issue seriously.
