Hey guys. I'm new to citibank. Is anyone here having a history of payment problem with Lazada? I tried to bind my card 2 times since a week ago but failed. Yesterday night tried to make a payment but was declined. So i transfered the fund from citi card to bigpay to make the payment. Upon calling citibank was told account is in good standing and there's no decline of payment record and no record of anything from Lazada. After contacting Lazada was told the same thing that account is good and there isn't anything wrong. Anyone here got experience? Tq

Well, my partner was denied klia limousine service even with 3 foreign trx slips. Reason is that the combined trx must be at least rm2k. This is so weird. Card is Premiermiles
