I felt a bit disappoint on citibank... I have meet the requirement and they reply me unsuccessful.. Is there difficult to apply?

Guys, is that citibank takes more than a week to process the credit card application thru online?
I have submitted the form & email to them last Tuesday. Until now there is no reply from them. |
