Can i cut the card which are activate but yet to use it?
I got citi rebate n city platinum Plan to cancel citi rebate and keep the platinum for point and those citi partner merchant. Will there be any charges? Thanks |

try to contact the CS for waiver until TL. keep connect to other place.
when finally succeed tell me swipe 3 more time then call back again.i ask him terminate asap. stupid as ever the CS |
