Just got approved from Citibank.
The email mentioned the card should arrived in 5 business days, how accurate is it? Btw, i should have applied thru CompareHero |

Did anyone use the balance transfer service from Citibank?

Just contacted the CS through live chat to waive the annual fee.
Got rejected, but CS offer to convert to Simplicity card to get it waived. Wondering if I try another time to request for waiver, would it makes the result different? Or should I just convert to Simplicity card? |
