Been using Business Plat for a couple of years. Recently got invited to apply for Prestige and got approval. At first I was pretty excited until I came to realize that the benefits are quite... underwhelming?

Physical card hasn't arrived but I've been able to use paywave on cc terminals with my Samsung Pay (never tried doing so with my other CCs so it's pretty new to me and convenient) - Approval today - straight get CC number and temporary CVV to link with your Samsung Pay, the artwork is spot on, too.

but ya anyway at first I was pretty excited about that free limo ride from the airport, then I realized it's that shitty black proton waja limos... i'd very much rather spend the 70 ringgits and get a Grab... or am I missing something here?

I've had the card close to a year now. Have not been utilizing much of the benefits aside from miles conversion, lounge and limo.

Is the concierge service to book for hotels worth it? The 4th night is supposed to be "free" but I am unsure if the rates are as the same as those found on booking.com or direct with hotels.

So far, I have not received any event invites. Are there even any taking place?

FYI those of you with prestige cards and are traveling, keep an eye out for mastercard security fast track zones at the airport.

Didn't know got such feature, when I was flying out of Rome recently, saw there's a dedicated walkway for mastercard world elite status but it isn't very noticeable. Obviously not all airports have this but i can't find the complete list for airports with this amenity.

I easily saved 25 minutes by showing my prestige card to the guy and got escorted to the express security check. I should've asked my friends to walk with me I think they could've gone through also, but end up they went through regular queue and were 25 mins behind me.

I am gonna miss the prestige features once our cards get converted to UOB.
