anyone have citibank lazada card?

i have some points from lazada purchase, but i am not sure how to offset those items i bought at lazada using my lazada credit crd points.

google around and i should be able to offset it AFTER i made purchase at lazada, then go my citi app and offset from there..but this is where i am not sure.

anyone have any instructions on how to do it through the apps?

From what I understand, Citibank will close all branches in Malaysia but still remain their credit card business in Malaysia. According to news, they will operate from Singapore (single office to manage Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, etc markets).

In my opinion, you still can use your Citibank credit card as usual, and make payment through any other Malaysia banks (online transfer).
By doing this, Citibank will cut huge operation costs - will them pass back the savings to their credit card holders?

Assume that Citibank offer bigger cashback to their card holders, it will kill other local bank credit card that operate physically in Malaysia (due to huge operating costs), which is not a fair competition.

PS: I'm not a banker ya - I hope to get bigger cashback, at the same time, I hope it's a fair competition.

For public bank, if they happen to have that one-day earlier posting issue, it would have been shown when they shown up as unposted

Tried and got denied since I'm NTB. Probably this only applies to old users. 

They moving out of consumer banking in Msia already, they continue their existing operations to prevent tarnishing their reputation and brand. Doubt they will give rebates for their fees now...
