Based on previous posts, people have vastly different experiences and no clear pattern. For example, I spent less than RM5k on my Premiermiles card, and used lounge access (for me and 4 supps) and free taxi rides like crazy... but they agreed to waive my 2nd year fee quite easily.

My 3rd year fee coming in January, and I'm not sure what it will be like. Some people suggest that AF getting harder to waive.

Hi guys, just to report that I am having a cash back platinum and manage to get second year AF waived when I call to request thru CS.

You can contact ringgit plus for this. For my case they never send the code, I just give my address and deliver to my house.

I'm also been telling by Citibank to wait for their promo code then only can claim for the air fryer.

i have been using Citibank Credit Card for more than 20 years.

but i really wonder why Citibank does not have Infinity Credit Card for Malaysia?

Other major banks have infinity cards, but not Citybank.

Further, other bank credit card annual fee mostly free for life, and Citybank need to call to waive yearly really annoying.

Just to share, I also paid the annual fee first and after 2 months only ask to waive through Citibank website (have to login). I'm using Clear Card.
