Nope, to get Annual Fee Waiver from them jz depends your Luck. Some ppl spend more than 100k yearly also they don't grant AF Waiver.
But Some of ppl, spend few gram a year pun dapat Waiver & I was 1of them, Having Citi cards since decade ago never pay a single Cent of AF.

Wondering if anyone faced the same situation.
My annual fee only got half waived. 4 years holding the clear card. Just found out that some people rarely use the card but got full waiver. This is not luck but double standard! I use my card quite often, min 1k a month. Don’t talk about 12 times a year, swiping 12 times a month is not even an issue. It’s not about that 40 over bucks but this is unfair due to their double standard. Contacted via live chat, standard answer being given. Until I said I’m filing a complaint with bank negara, they finally tell me that they’ll get an officer to contact me in x working days.
Wanted to know if you’re in the same situation, will you just accept what it is and move on? Most probably your answer is cancel the card, there are a lot of banks offering. Yes, this is what initially I plan to do but I don’t want to tolerate with this double standard.
Yeah, I may not use My Citi cards frequently it maybe jz few K a year Only. But I have Enrolled to their Cash Installment up to 6 figures yearly...It could be the reason why Citibank may waive the AF for Me for years, Becos I still O them $$$....:

Hope this will clear your Doubt here, Cheers
