Already called CS yesterday, no good news, CS said cannot change date, and the date is random given upon application approved. I have other 6 banks CC but never experience like this
I also complain the date given to me will due end of month and before I make my regular CC payments on 1 or 2nd of next month, CS said still can pay within 3 to 4 day grace period after due date.

I just noticed by CS that citibank CC new to bank promo does not stack with CompareHero promo so no point for me to make 8x transactions for RM200 cashback, only will get the RM200 tng ewallet credit from comparehero, or if lucky enough then RM1000 credit
