the "after cancel few days call back to offer" is only done for non premium cards

you expect to people to help with such a statement. without even giving proper details like how you banked in, lead time etc?

it really depens on a lot of criteria
a lot of people think it is due to high utilization being a good customer
but that's not always what gives you a waiver

i had a lot of friends who are on time pay masters and they cannot get a waiver beyond their 5th year
even though they spend above 100k pa

citibank especially prefers people who pay slightly late so that they can earn a little on interest and late payment charges
but not too long overdue payements.

maybank is a little different.
