Why don't just walk in to Citibank kiosk to apply for credit card ? Can know the result on the same day whether is approved or not

I was at the Citibank Rewards You Carnival.. Unfortunately, I was late by a bit... 26th person in the queue for AA RM 1 ticket, only 25 people can buy because each can buy two tickets.

I went and queued for Smart Tag RM 1, oh well, better than nothing, at least this has 50 units and each cardholder can only buy one unit... The carnival is damn huge.

Just for everyone's knowledge, the queue for RM 1 is every day's 10.00-11.00 a.m.

If u never use the card u can cancel it, else don't think u can cancel without paying SST.

Some bank only get charged after activated but for Citi, the government service tax is chargeable upon the card approval date and on the anniversary of
your card approval date (anniversary date).
For ur case since u not received the card, u can try to cancel it if u really do not want it anymore.
