hi #hotlink what should i do to change the plan? my existing plan has no validity 365. I have topup 30+ just to find out that there's no such option. i don't use the internet as i'm subscribing to the maxis broadband plan. this is just to keep my number. i want the validity 365 or my topup of rm30 will go to waste p/s: previously if i'm not mistaken, i can use my existing credit to topup provided the RM0.50 deducted for the service. but i couldn't find that option anymore. the last time i did it was last year. have you removed it or do we need to have balance less than rm5 to have that option? please help. awaiting for your reply. thanks in advance! QUOTE(ckyow1 @ Mar 4 2016, 03:29 PM) If you are currently under #Hotlink with basic internet, you may actually convert your prepaid plan to Hotlink Fast to sign up for the 365 days validity. However, please take not there is free basic internet for Hotlink Fast Plan. For more details on the Hotlink Fast Plan, you may refer to <http://www.hotlink.com.my/content/hotlink/en/plans/fast.html> The conversion can be done via Hotlink Red App or *100*6*1# So does this means that everyone that got PM-d by Hotlink change their plan to Hotlink Fast Plan? Also.. i feel that something is missing with your statement. Not sure what you're trying to say - " However, please take not there is free basic internet for Hotlink Fast Plan."

QUOTE(#Hotlink @ Mar 4 2016, 05:45 PM) Hi iranadia, Thank you for your pointers Nevertheless, you can refer to Hotlink Fast for more information. Thank you Hi Hotlink. Thanks for reply. So there's no other way unless I change the plan to Hotlink Fast? Also, how about my question - "i can use my existing credit to topup provided the RM0.50 deducted for the service. but i couldn't find that option anymore. the last time i did it was last year. have you removed it or do we need to have balance less than rm5 to have that option?"
