My parent have the similar condition like #sheeeng.
The hotlink number (prepaid) & hp was given by my bro to my dad to ease their basic call convenient.
Earlier monthly top up applied which was rather hassle & the credit amount keep accumulated because rarely use, until my bro found the validity 365 & performed yearly validity extension.
This has applied for few yrs.
Few days ago my dad found his hp can't call out, & he thought no more credit so has top up RM60. Msg updated the number active until 5th Oct 2017 (60 days), balance RM147++
??
Please help to confirm if his auto-renewal of 365 validity still applicable?
