Dear #Hotlink, Would like to ask, I am existing Hotlink subscriber, if I upgrade to Hotlink FAST plan the validity will be carry forward? If I have 365 validity in my current plan will it carry forward when I do the upgrade? We understand on your concern, however, we just wish to inform that the Hotlink Bagus 3.0 is an expired rate plan which we are no longer offer in the market for new sign up. The request of changes is subject to approval & it is only valid for customer who had strong & valid justification, for instance, for those who are based & stay at overseas with supporting documents such as PR/Working permit. The reason provided rarely use the line was denied by the relevant team as your current plan can serve the same for seldom call or data. Kindly provide us the supporting documents (printed with your name), such as overseas PR or working permit for further assistance.
